PURPOSE: To reduce the labor and the machining cost by making a pole insertable obliquely into a return yoke at a predetermined angle against the center line of the pole thereby aligning the centers of opposing poles quickly and reliably. ;CONSTITUTION: A return yoke 2 is provided with a groove 2a extending obliquely at a predetermined angle against the center line 10 of the pole of an electromagnet. A pole 1 is provided with a protrusion 1a to be fitted in the groove 2a extending obliquely at a predetermined angle against the center line 10 of the pole. Consequently, the pole 1 can be inserted obliquely into the return yoke 2 at a predetermined angle against the center line 10 of the pole. The protrusion 1a of the pole 1 is fitted gradually into the groove 2a of the return yoke 2 and the pole 1 is fixed when the center thereof is aligned with that of an opposing pole being fixed previously.
