PURPOSE:To measure the geometrical center of an eyeglass correctly by providing an operating means for operating the geometrical central distance of the eyeglass from the measuring data obtained by a measuring means and the lens shape data obtained by a shape data input means. CONSTITUTION:The frame shape data is input and stored from a lens frame shape measuring device 38 into a memory 40 which also stores a constant to convert the counting number of a counter circuit 37 to a distance. In this state, when the distance of circular measuring fillers is enlarged, an ON signal of a microswitch 35 is input to an operation controlling circuit 36. Moreover, a pulse output from a rotary encoder 33 is input to the circuit 36 through the circuit 37 when the switch 35 is turned ON. In the circuit 36, the counting number input from the circuit 37 is multiplied by the constant from the memory 40, so that the moving distance of the circular measuring fillers is obtained. Further, the frame shape data stored in the memory 40 is operated in the circuit 36. The calculated frame size is added to the distance between the circular measuring fillers, whereby the geometrical central position is obtained.
