PURPOSE:To provide an air transporting concentrated air-conditioning device and its controlling method having a high operating efficiency in which a specified air conditioned section can be raised rapidly to a desired air conditioned state, all the air conditioned sections in a building reach a desired air conditioned state and a full building air conditioning can be assured. CONSTITUTION:Conditioned air is circulated through an air circulating passage 50 formed to have air conditioned sections such as each of the rooms 11 in a building 10 so as to perform an air conditioning for the air conditioned sections. In this type of air transporting type concentrated air conditioning device 30 to be constructed, air conditioners 31, 32 for conditioning suctioned air are installed at a plurality of locations in the midway of the air circulating passage 50 and then the air conditioned raised part (where initially the effect of air conditioning appears) is dispersed.
