PURPOSE:To form incorporatedly a drive amplifier, a power amplifier and a band-pass filter as a module by using a small-sized surface acoustic wave filter as the band-pass filter and incorporating an adjustable matching circuit in each amplifier so as to be adjusted after fitting. CONSTITUTION:An input matching circuit of the surface acoustic wave filter 105 is included in an output section of a drive amplifier section 104 and an output matching circuit of the filter 105 is included to an input section of a power amplifier section 103. The diameter of the surface acoustic wave filter 105 is nearly 5mm and the size of the amplifier sections 104, 103 is nearly 2.8cmX1.5cm and 2.6cmX1.5cm respectively, then they are all arranged on a heat sink 101 and the modulator forming is attained. The module is adjusted respectively in the stage of fitting the amplifier sections 103, 104 independently and after the electric performance is confirmed, the surface acoustic wave filter 105 is fitted.
