INERT GAS SUBSTITUTION DEVICE WITHIN BED MATERIAL STORING CONTAINER FOR FLUIDIZED BED TYPE BOILER

PURPOSE: To get a minimum required amount of consumption of inert gas substituted within a bed material storing container. ;CONSTITUTION: There are provided a weight meter 22 for use in sensing a weight of a bed material storing container 3 in which a bed material 7 within a fluidized bed type boiler main body 2 is extracted; an inert gas feeding amount calculation device 24 for calculating a spatial volume within the bed material storing container 3 and an amount of inert gas required for replacing with the spatial volume in reference to a detected weight of the weight meter 22 and for producing an instruction 23 for an inert gas feeding amount; and an inert gas feeding amount control device 25 for controlling an opening or a closing of an inert gas feeding valve 12 in response to the instruction 23 of the inert gas feeding amount of the inert gas feeding amount calculation device 24. Then, in the case that an inner part of the bed material storing container 3 is replaced with the inert gas 20, the inert gas 20 having such a volume as one required for replacing the spatial volume within the bed material storing container 3 is fed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
