process for drilling holes to mina to precipitate the explosive to a semi upper section predetermined in a tunnel dug by a pilot drilling machine.it comprises the steps of drilling holes by mina in semi upper section in a predetermined direction and simultaneous drilling of holes in mine axial longitudinally in a sectionand outer excavation of pilot tunnel, loading powder in the holes by mina and simultaneous loading of a precise powder in holes of mine axial outer.blasting dust and clearance of the shot, and one perforation holes by mina axial section outer excavation tunnel again.because the drilling of holes by mina transversely was complete within a pilot tunnel excavated.it is also provided with a corresponding apparatus capable of controlling precisely the angle and the length of perforation holes by mina horizontal.
