The quick-change chuck has a sliding sleeve enclosing the cooling agent tube (10). The sliding sleeve is mounted in the bore (15) of a cooling agent supply socket. It is displaceable by forming inner and outer distributor chambers (21,22) over inner and outer spaced sliding seals (17-20) in the bore and on the cooling agent tube having an entrainment member (24) for the sleeve so that the inlet opening (23) for the cooling agent is always between the inner sliding seals (17,18) and a cooling agent supply opening (14) to the bore is always between the outer sliding seals. The sliding sleeve has at least one cross opening (16') between the sliding seals. The bore has at the inner end a stop shoulder (25) for the sliding sleeve. The cooling agent tube can have a stop shoulder for the sleeve downstream of the inlet opening (23).
