a data bus line path for connecting between the passage guard office, and the main control office for a data communication; a data transceiver for forming a channel with a predetermined data bus line path and receiving/sending data to the channel under a control; a communication path interface section connected with the communication circuits between the passage guard office and with the main control office through the communication bus line paths, for forming a channel with a predetermined communication bus line path under a control and receiving/sending a voice communication signal to the forming channel; and a central processing unit for controlling the data transceiver and the communication path interface section so as to communicate the voice communication signal with each guard office or the main control office through the communication path interface section.
