The method uses DC arc plasma and comprises a mixture of argon gas and hydrogen gas as an electrospark gas, a mixture of methane gas and hydrogen gas as carbon source. The method includes the steps of: performing a previous treatment by injecting SiC powder on a hole inner wall in a ceramic base metal to a thickness of 1 to 3 micron; generating plasma in advance by the electrospark gas; and dissolving the mixture of methane gas and hydrogen gas into a radical state.
