DISCHARGE FINISHING METHOD USING VOLCANIC ROCK

A discharging apparatus includes a multiple roller(8) formed a pulley(6) at regular intervals at one end of the upper side to the second floor frame(2) of frames(1)(2)(3)(4) having four floors; a connecting first roller(9) and second roller(10) at the lower side of the first floor frame between the rollers(8); a guide plate(11) to be connected and slightly slanted from the second roller(10) to the rollers(8); a volcanic rock accommodation device of "j" type having a plane(12a) at its bottom to be continuous to the guide plate(11); a multiple rotation steam drum(13) of the zig zag type at between the third frame(3) and the fourth frame(4). The discharge finishing method comprises of the steps of soaking the volcanic rock in chloric acid solution for 6-12 hours and pulling out, drying during the confined time, packing the volcanic rock(14) between the guide plate(11) and the volcanic rock accommodation device(12), and then conveying a raw fabric to be passed through the guide plate(11) and the accommodation device(12) via the rollers(8)(9)(10) followed by thermal finishing via the steam drum(13).
