The present invention compares the color development of the unknown sample virus to the control group by blotting the unknown sample and the control virus on the nitrocellulose membrane, the first anti- varicella virus binding step, the second antibody binding step, and the coloring step. The present invention relates to a method of comparative quantification of plaque forming unit (PFU) values of a sample virus, which enables rapid comparative quantitative analysis of viruses.
