METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF SELENIUM IN ORGANIC AND INORGANIC SUBSTANCES

FIELD: analytical chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method consists in opening of the sample by heating it up to 1000C on a carrier - aluminium oxide in a flow of oxygen-containing gas with subsequent catching of selenium in the form of oxide, and its quantitative determination. At analysis of biologicals before opening cinefaction of the sample is accomplished at 400 to 600 C in oxygen current with employment of mixture of oxygen and water vapour as oxygen-containing gas at an oxygen flow rate of 120 to 180 ml/min and water vapour flow rate of 1.0 to 1.2 ml/min.
