FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a housing installed on base 1 with cutout 2, a hollow member in the form of revolving pipe 3 suspended on a horizontal axle from side walls of the housing so that when an animal - a rodent - attracted by a bait gets into said pipe, the latter turns in the cutout under the animal's weight and throws the catch into receiving cage 9. Then the pipe comes to the initial position and ensures catching (extermination) of a large number of animals at minimum expenses for bait since rodents have no time to eat it.
