FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: diglycidyl ether of diphenylol propane is used as reagent 1, methacrylic acid being used as reagent 2. Reaction is carried out at 70-82 C in the presence of catalyst and inhibitor of radical polymerization, molar ratio of reagents being 1:2. Dimethylethanol amine or its methacrylic ester is used as said catalyst, its quantity being 0.011-0.034 moles per 1 mole of diglycidyl ether of diphenylol propane.
