SUBSTANCE: method of cutting a part with simultaneous plastic deformation of it comprises steps of applying a radial effort to the part, being changed in a counter-phase relative to a change of a radial component of a cutting force; setting a value of the effort, acting upon the part at a side of a deforming member, while taking into account a maximum and a current values of the radial effort, acting upon the part at a side a cutter, and a total friction force of a carriage.
