SUBSTANCE: the feeding device is provided at least with a single-threaded screw conveyer installed on a hollow shaft, and positioned along its helical line are steam-supply pipes made with perforation located on the side of the loading hopper; the steam-supply piping is installed coaxially with the screw conveyer hollow shaft and communicates with it through a steam receiving chamber; the body, screw conveyer shaft and steam-supply pipes, and probably the mix loading hopper and unloading chute are furnished with a lining of elastic material.
