FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of biologically active beverages. SUBSTANCE: beverage contains mixture of dried sea buckthorn substance and sugar used in the ratio of 1:10 to 1:50. Method involves washing fruits; crushing; filtering obtained mass; condensing filtrate and mixing with sugar. Filtrate is condensed till dry substance content reaches 30-60% and mixed with sugar to provide moisture content of ready product not exceeding 10%. Beverage is readily pelletized. Dry beverage is used in an amount of 15-20 g per glass of cold or hot water. EFFECT: increased efficiency and convenience for packaging, transportation and storage. 3 cl
