Analgetic agent Procidol with no narcotic effect is administered in the form of 1% solution intramuscularly in fractional portions at a dose of 100-200 mg per day (or per os) with the dose lowered gradually by 10-20% daily and fully cancelled to the seventh or tenth treatment day followed with Tramal to be administered at a dose of 100-1000 mg per day and transition to supporting therapy next to it at a dose of 100-300 mg per day during 6-12 months. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented psychopathological complications.
