FIELD: construction of antifiltering curtains (screens) in ground, as well as of bearing walls of underground structures. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a flat-car, mounted on rails on running wheels, with a travelling drive in the form of a winch with its swinging gear in the form of drive section with a hydraulic drive placed in the guides of the turning frame that is hinge-joined to the flat-car. The driving member is rigid-jointed to the drive section and has a hydraulic soil-removing means (for instance, in the form of an air lift with pulp-lifting and air-supply pipelines) and a soil- disruptive tool in the form of a single cutting rod fitted with double-sided cutting bits, and on the lower end face - a three cone drill bit, kinematically linked through the driving rod with the hydraulic drive of its rotation and placed in bearings, whose brackets are attached to the pulp-lifting pipeline. The hydraulic drives operate together with the reversing gear control mechanism, reversing hydraulic motor and piston double-sided hydraulic cylinder, which are coupled through flexible hydraulic lines with the aid of hydraulic control valves, having an electromagnetic control and spring reset, and connected to the oil station pressure and drain hydraulic lines. The hydraulic cylinder reversing gear control mechanism uses a lever-type limit switch installed on one of the guides that can alternately be engaged by the lever with the stops rigid-jointed to the driving section, and a hydraulic control valve connected to the two-wire circuit. The uncontrollable reversing gear control mechanism of the hydraulic motor consists of an electromagnet of the hydraulic control valve, which is connected to the power supply circuit in parallel with the electromagnet so that the limit switch could be used. Modification of the reversing gear control mechanism is probable with controlled time delay with the use of a time relay cut in the independent power circuit of the hydraulic control valve electromagnet, as well as modification of the driving member is probable by fitting it with a suction unit moving together with the drive section in the vertical guides rigid-jointed to be flat-car. Driving of a slit trench in ground under the protection of clay mortar with the aid of the offered device is carried out by imparting three motions to the cutting rod: reverse rotary motion (with a period of not less than the hydraulic cylinder stroke time), reciprocating motion in vertical plane, and horizontal translational motion with an uninterrupted removal of soil in the form of pulp disrupted by the cutting bits from the slit trench in the zone of the rill face with the aid of the air lift, to which compressed air is supplied from the compressor trough the air-supply pipeline. EFFECT: reduced width of slit trench, with the preset depth being unchanged, reduced power consumption and consumption of aggregate. 3 dwg
