The temp. probe has a measurement tip (5) which is made of nickel alloy and narrows (7) towards the measuring end. The sensor (9) has a flat substratum form embedded in high temperature resistant ceramic (8). A protective tube (1) surrounds the cylindrical casing (2) and wires (10,11) for connection of the sensor to an evaluation device.
