PURPOSE:To obtain the appropriate distribution of driving torque between one driving shaft and the other driving shaft and contribute to compactness and light weight by providing a differential limiting means at a rotary part between a carrier and a first or a second planetary gear. CONSTITUTION:Carriers 22 for rotatably supporting each of plural first planetary gears 9 and plural second planetary gears 10 are provided with a cylindrical part 12 extended to the right, and their outer periphery is rotatably fitted to a guide face 1c provided at a differential case 1. The respective planetary gears 9, 10 are rotatably supported by the carriers 11 by fixing a first and a second pins 13, 14 to the left and right carriers 11 and fitting these pins 13, 14 into circular holes provided in the first and second planetary gears 9, 10. The fitting degree of fitting parts, that is, rotary parts, is set closer than the existing way for the purpose of generating friction torque. Spiral oil grooves 16 are further provided at the periphery of the pins 13, 14 so as to control the oil film formed at the rotary parts and thereby to control the grade of friction torque.
