Gripping device suitable for stamping tools of the type comprising a plastic sleeve fitted to the tool body and characterized by having a plastic sleeve (1) with a flexible structure, and a plurality of ring shapes (1.1), of large diameter, joined together by linking shapes (1.2) with a reduced cross section defining a wavy bellows structure. The gripping device is also characterized in that at the location of each ring, an inner circular projection (1.3) engages with the tool body, and in that the sleeve has at least one one inner collar (1.4) engaging with and snapping into the inside of at least one circular groove (2.1) in the tool body.
