The anti-vandal grave memorial 12 has a jacket of moulded synthetic polymer and a spring steel skeletal insert 16 with fixing dowels 18 and locating pins 20, which conforms to the shape of the jacket, with a high-modulus silicone filler, allowing an internal reflexive spring action to alleviate stressful aggression towards the completed anti-vandal grave memorial, which has locating and fixing dowels 22 for anchorage to a foundation, preferably with a silicone adhesive.
