Final production and testing of motor controllers

摘要

Efficient testing of a motor controller circuit (2) is achieved by simultaneous low voltage and mains voltage functional tests on a test bed (7) for which conveyors (1, 10) minimise the amount of handling. Simulation of the real environment is provided by use of a microprocessor connected to motors (9). To help ensure a long life of the product (which is required to operate outdoors often under difficult conditions), an insulating compound is sprayed to the rear of the circuit to a 50 micron thickness.
