PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the extension of resin liquid even when it is pressed by a rubber roll by making it possible to coat it with the resin liquid having high viscosity without introducing the air. ;SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing a decorative sheet with continuously uneven pattern comprises means for supplying electron beam curable resin 12 coating the surface of a base material sheet 11 or a mold roll having an uneven pattern, means for pressing the sheet 11 and the mold roll having the uneven pattern by the rubber roll via the resin 12, and means for curing the resin by emitting an electron beam EB from the rear surface of the sheet 11.
