PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to lessen the resistance in wire feeding by incorporating one or ≥2 kinds of molybdenum disulfide and tungsten disulfide, one or ≥2 kinds of metal soap and lanolin at specific ratios per 10kg wire into the surface of the small-diameter flux cored wire. ;SOLUTION: The surface of the small-diameter flux cored wire for stainless steels has 0.01 to 0.60g one or ≥2 kinds of the molybdenum disulfide and tungsten disulfide, 0.01 to 0.15g one or ≥2 kinds of metal soap and 0.01 to 0.15g lanolin per 10kg wire. For example, arcs are unstable if unequal feeding arises in an investigation of executing welding with a torch 4 by feeding the wire drawn out of a spool 2 by a wire feed motor 3 to a conduit cable 1 spool. Friction resistance in the conduit tube is low and the wire feeding is stabilized even in the case the soft and long-sized conduit cable is bent and welded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
