MANUFACTURE OF STEEL PLATE FOR DUCT AND THE DUCT FOR AIR CONDITIONING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a steel plate for a duct similar to that directly implanted on the plate with excellent antidewing effect. ;SOLUTION: Hot melt type film-like adhesive 1 is laminated on a PP film 2, then short fibers 5 are implanted via acrylic resin 7, and a flock finished sheet 8 is first manufactured. After the film 2 is released, the sheet 8 and a steel plate are thermally press bonded. The fibers 5 become the same state as directly implanted via adhesive on the steel plate.
