PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the mouse which has natural crises of thrombocytopenia and autoimmune disease, has the crisis of hepatitis suppressed and is useful for an invivo evaluation system for human thrombocytopenia medicine and autoimmune disease medicine. ;SOLUTION: This belongs to a system of recessive inheritance as the characteristics of natural crisis of thrombocytopenia and autoimmune disease by the suppression of the characteristics that the mouse which has the thrombocytopenia and autoimmune disease and also has thrombocytopenia as characteristics shows symptoms of hepatitis. Further, a thrombocytopenic and autoimmune mouse which has beige hair as characteristics or recessive inheritance is obtained preferably by suppressing characteristics of crisis of hepatitis of an EOD/kj mouse which has crises of hepatitis and autoimmune disease and also has thrombocytopenia as characteristics.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
