JACK CONTROL DEVICE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION WORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve construction accuracy and safety while attaining man power saving and labor saving by providing a plurality of jack groups respectively formed of motor-driven screw jacks supporting heavy load, and control devices for synchronously controlling while integratedly controlling the action of each jack. ;SOLUTION: Jacks 1 and control devices 4 are installed in specified places, and a power supply and communication cables are wired. At the time of operating the jacks 1, control conditions of the jacks 1 (assignment of the action jacks, moving quantity, moving direction and setting of control value) are set when an action command is outputted, the assigned jacks 1 are simultaneously put in action and stopped automatically in regular succession upon reaching the target value. The action state of each jack is displayed at real time in a bar chart system on a personal computer. In the case of any one of the jacks 1 exceeding the preset control value in the middle of action, all the jacks 1 are simultaneously stopped. All the jacks can be simultaneously stopped by pressing an emergency stop button of the personal computer 8 and each control device 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
