PRODUCTION OF SPONGE STATE CAKE HAVING BUILT-IN MODEL DOLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sponge state cake burying a model doll in its inside. SOLUTION: This sponge state cake having a built-in model doll is obtained by forming an slit for inserting a model doll 4 at the bottom part of a piece of a sponge cake 1 cut to a required size, inserting the model doll 4 from there, then forming a sugar coat 5 by applying a molten sugar liquid around the inserted part, further applying a white chocolate 6 over that surface, providing an incision 7 at the central part of the sugar coat 5 before the solidification of the white chocolate and filling the incised part with the sugar coating and white chocolate until the solidification of them.
