PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust frequency characteristics of a vibro-isolating mount device. ;SOLUTION: A vibro-isolating mount M₂ is formed by connecting an inner cylinder member comprising a center pipe 21 and a bush 25 and an outer cylinder member comprising a first and a second collar 23, 24 by a first and a second elastic unit 22, 26 sealed with liquid in the inside. The center pipe 21 and the bush 25 are fixed in a press fitting part (b), in the case of this press fitting, a rubber part 26₈ of the second elastic unit 26 is compressed, a preload is applied. In this way, a spring constant of the second elastic unit 26 is increased, a resonance frequency is transferred to a high side, a vibro-isolating region of the vibro-isolating mount M₂ can be easily spread.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
