PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a safety lamp to automatically turn on in the event of a power failure by attaching the main body part of the safety lamp to a charger mounted on a wall surface, and always keeping the lamp charged. ;SOLUTION: A charger B mounted on a wall surface K is fitted into the space part 2a of the carrying handle 2 of a safety lamp main body part A having a charge indicator lamp 3, a speaker 4, a radio band indicating part 5, an emergency pushbutton 6 which is operated in an emergency, an ON switch 7, a radio control switch 8, a freely expanding rod antenna 9, a tuning dial 10, an AM/FM switch 11, a volume dial 12, and a light part 3.
