MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR EMI PREVENTIVE FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mounting structure which eliminates that an EMI preventive filter is moved and which is rich in versatility by a method wherein the EMI preventive filter which is composed of one pair of filter half bodies used to carry and hold an electric wire is housed in a filter case. ;SOLUTION: Filter half bodies 2-1, 2-2 are housed in respective case half bodies 20-1, 20-2, the case half bodies 20-1, 20-2 are combined so as to carry and hold an electric wire by aligning espective edges in the axial direction, a first outer tube 30 is screwed to the outer circumferential part of the case half body 20-1 on one side of a filter case 20, and a second outer tube 40 is screwed to the outer circumferential part of the case half body 20-2 on the other side. On the other hand, a screw means 50 is mounted and attached inside the first outer tube 30 so that an EMI preventive filter 2 is not vibrated inside the filter case 20. In addition, the second outer tube 40 is screwed to semi- cylindrical protrusion parts 22-1, 22-2 installed so as to be attached to the outside of edge plates 28-1, 28-2 of the filter case 20, and the filter case 20 is fixed and bonded to the electric wire by a tightening means 60. Thereby, it is possible to obtain a mounting structure in which the EMI preventive filter 2 is not moved and which is rich in versatility.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
