PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device to improve process efficiency by increasing a steam parameter, and generate steam having a supercritical steam parameter in a continuous steam generator. SOLUTION: A working medium is taked out in a separation position 15 from a surrounding pipe wall 3 of a gas flue 2' and the heat thereof is radiated on the working medium flowing from a steam turbine 19 through indirect heat- exchange and to be heated at least on one intermediate superheater-heating surface 8. Further, after heat-exchange, the working medium is returned in the separation position 15 to a surrounding pipe wall 3, and in this case, a necessary temperature premium is added at an outlet 10 of the surrounding pipe wall 3 to the temperature of the working medium where occasion demands, and the working medium temperature is maintained at a value lower than the allowable material temperature of the surrounding wall 3.
