PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize the size of a circuit and improve a yield by inputting a pair of synchronous signals which have same waveform, different phases, and different lengths in the low period and high period, in the synchronous circuit of CMOS constitution. ;SOLUTION: A synchronous signal control circuit 2 which changes the rate of length of the high period from that of the low period of input clock pulse signals CK,/CK is connected to a shift resistor 1 via a switch circuit 3. This switch circuit 3 switches in either way that the clock pulse signals CK,/CK whose high-period and low-period length rate is not changed, are output to the shift resistor 1 as they are, or clock pulse signals CK',/CK' whose high- period to low-period length ratio is changed by the synchronous signal control circuit 2 are output to the shift resistor 1. This switch circuit 3 is switched by inputting the control signal into the switch circuit 3. This constitution can secure large action margin without increasing the circuit size of the synchronous circuit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
