PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for evaluating and analyzing the use quantity of energy by automatically executing the charging processing of energy which is used by a tenant and the feeding out of a contract drawing at the time of contract in connection with the input of contract information and accumulating data for a long term. ;SOLUTION: A metering means 30, a summing-up means 60, and a charging means 70, which exist as in the conventional manner, a transfer information extraction means 50 extracting transfer information from contract information, a meter examination management means 12 and a terminal management means 13 are provided.
