PURPOSE: To provide a sizing device capable of manufacturing formed articles having accurate dimensions and smooth surfaces even when a manufacturing speed is increased. ;CONSTITUTION: A device 6 has a sizing die 10, a water supplying jacket 12 and a pressure reducing chamber 14. The sizing die 10 is a split die having upper and lower dies 10a and 10b and water supplying holes 105a to 111a, and 105b to 111b for supplying cooling water to a dual slot main body outer periphery and a groove part inner periphery from an outer periphery are formed small diameter semicircular cylindrical parts 100a and 100b arranged inside the water supplying jackets of the upper and lower dies 10a and 10b. Water discharging holes 113a and 113b for discharging cooling water only from the groove part inner periphery are provided in the middle part of large diameter semicircular cylindrical parts 102a and 102b arranged inside the pressure reducing chamber of the upper and lower dies 10a and 10b.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
