PURPOSE:To prevent the action of excessive load on a filter metal fitting taking- out device by grasping a filter metal fitting by a grasping member from the wedge action of a control member and the grasping member and fluctuating the grasping member by a fluctuating means to take out the filter metal fitting. CONSTITUTION:When an opening-and-closing drive shaft 137 is extended by an air cylinder 138, grasping members 131A, 131B are closed with the wedge action by control plates 135A, 135B and a filter metal fitting 16 is strongly grasped between two grasping members 131A, 131B. An output shaft is extended and contracted by an air cylinder 151 to fluctuate a lever clockwise and anticlockwise reciprocally. Thus, a whole taking-out device 130 swing around a swinging bearing 132 to take out the metal fitting 16. Sealing is performed by O-rings 140, 141A, 141B, 142A, 142B, 143A, 143B.
