PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a refrigerator door in which a foamed thermal insulating material is not leaked out of it and to provide a refrigerator door manufactured under utilization of the same. ;CONSTITUTION: A fitting surface 32A of a door cap 32 is provided with a recessed groove 33 having an upper opening crossed at a right angle with a fitting direction of a door plate 12. After charging a thermosetting seal member 40 in the recessed groove 33, the door plate 12 is fitted into the door cap 32.
