PURPOSE: To reduce a manufacturing cost by using a wall panel in which a central part is cut out for a door, and mounting a door channel at its peripheral edge. ;CONSTITUTION: Heat insulators are injected and foamed in a space formed by two opposed front and rear surface plates 1a, 1b and a frame 19 arranged between sides of the plates 1a, 1b as a wall panel P. Then, a center of the panel P is cut out corresponding to a shape of the door to form an opening at the center of the panel P, a refrigerator port channel is engaged with the inner peripheral edge of the panel P for surrounding the opening to form the opening as the port. The cut-out panel is formed as a door panel 9 by engaging a door channel with the periphery, and the door panel is mounted at the panel P through a mounting fitment.
