PURPOSE: To obtain the title agent satisfactory in hydrophilicity and an effect of neutralizing odor by mixing a specified PVA with a specified polyvinylpyrrolidone mixture, a water-soluble nylon, a water-soluble phenolic resin, a nonionic surfactant and a specified antibacterial agent. ;CONSTITUTION: The title agent comprises 40-60 pts.wt. (in terms of solid matter, and the same shall apply hereinbelow) PVA having a degree of saponification of 98% or above and a degree of polymerization of 150-350, 20-40 pts.wt. mixture of a polyvinylpyrrolidone of a degree of polymerization of 15-40 with a polyvinylpyrrolidone of a degree of polymerization of 100-300 in a weight ratio of 1:1.5-1:3.0, 10-20 pts.wt. water-soluble nylon, 2-12 pts.wt. water-soluble phenolic resin, 1-10 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. above water-soluble resin, nonionic surfactant and 5-20 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. above water-soluble resin, bis(2-pyridylthio)zinc 1,1-dioxide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
