PURPOSE: To provide a device that fixes a support particularly as a part of an automobile body and a panel particularly as a bulkhead cover. ;CONSTITUTION: A support and panel fixing device 1 includes a pluggable element 2 whose front portion 7 is cylindrical and has on its periphery a plurality of vertically interspaced retaining ribs 9. A socket forming element 3 has, on its center orifice 8, at least one retaining ring 10 on the rear surface of which at least one retaining rib 9 of the pluggable element 2 is seated.
