PURPOSE: To facilitate installation and removal of a high pressure gas vessel or the like by rotating the erected high pressure gas vessel or the like whose opening part is opened, erecting both by communicating the opening part and an upper part opening part of an inclined cabinet with each other, inserting a projection nozzle inside while rotating the high pressure gas vessel or the like, and projecting a projection material while moving vertically. ;CONSTITUTION: A cylinder 23 is actuated, and a cabinet 7 is put in an inclined condition. A high pressure gas vessel 41 or the like whose opening part 42 is opened is situated on a support stand 53, and is raised up to a prescribed position by a vertically moving device 45. Next, the high pressure gas vessel 41 or the like is rotated by a cylinder 80, and the opening part 42 is adjusted by/connected to a connecting device 29. Next, after the cabinet 7 is erected by the cylinder 23, the high pressure gas vessel 41 or the like is rotated, and a projection nozzle 15 is inserted in the high pressure gas vessel 41 or the like.
