The invention relates to medicine, especially to the applied otorhinolaryngology and is intended for the earlobe perforation for ear -rings.The summary of this method consists in the fact, that the perforation is carried out with the help of the laser rayby throughimmersion of theconoid butt - end of the quartz monofiber in contact regimen into the earlobe and taking out of it with the parameters: the wave - length being of 1,06 mkm, the power compact being of 1,5 - 2,0.104W/cm2, the exposition being of 0,5 - 1,0 sec., the monofiber's diameter being of 0,4 - 1,0 mm.The technical result of the invention consists in descending the painfulness and the traumatism.
