The present invention relates to milbemycin derivatives having a substituent containing an oxime group at the 13-position represented by the following general formula (I): (see formula), [wherein R1 represents a methyl, ethyl, isopropyl or sec-butyl group; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; Y represents a C1-C3-alkylsulfonyl group, an optionally substituted C1-C4-alkoxycarbonyl group, an optionally substituted amino-C2-C7-alkanoyl group, an optionally substituted saturated 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic carbonyl group; and m and n each is independently 0 or 1, and the sum is 1 or 2.
