The floating pivoted marine system is used, in the form of a ferry or bridge, for linking two banks of areas of navigable water (rivers, lakes, canals) by simple rotary movement from 90 degree to 360 degree (sheets A-B-C-D-E-F-G). The said movement is one of spinning about a predetermined grounding point and its trajectory can be single (sheets B-C) or double (sheets A-D-E-F) or rotary (sheet G), according to the requirements of navigation and availability on the banks to be connected. In the ferry or bridge, the embarkation and disembarkation of the vehicular traffic is carried out with a system which is fixed by the predetermined grounding points which are generated and monitored automatically. The system can be used when constraints or obstacles prevent the use of conventional fixed structures and the use of ships to provide the link. It can also be used in cases of long-term emergency and for military applications, with the possibility of transferring the system without the need for fixed structures provided on the ground and on the bed, owing to the modularity of the design (sheet F).
