Centrifuge operating without the addition of drinking water and comprising a drum 1, an auger 2, 2a, coaxial with the drum 1 and placed inside it, two closing heads 14, 15, at the ends of the drum 1 and provided with outlet nozzles 4, 5, 6, respectively for the oil, the water and the residues, and an input pipe 3 for the oily mixture, terminating with a hollow body 2a which forms the auger 2, 2a. The horizontal centrifuge is divided by means of a plate 12, into a first chamber 24 for separating the three components of the mixture and a second chamber 11 for final clarification of the oil and water.
