Optical module for analysis of the differential diffusion of polarised light which can be incorporated into a spectropolarimeter for the identification of microorganisms

A new optical module which can be incorporated in a spectropolarimeter of the conventional type for analysis of the differential diffusion of polarised light which is useful in the identification of microorganisms is described. The new module is inserted between the well containing the sample under examination and the detector for the light diffused from the sample.
