AN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE WITH TWO MOVEMENT CYCLE SPARK PLUGS OPERATES WITH A DISCHARGE VALVE (21) CONTROLLED INDEPENDENTLY OF THE CRANKSHAFT POSITION (11) AND OPTIMELY FOR HIGH VOLTAGE VOLTAGE AND OUTPUT OF A COMBINED LOW LEVEL OF COMBINED POLLUTION. THE VOLUME OF FUEL AIR IN THE CYLINDER IS DETERMINED BY THE POINT IN THE CYCLE WHERE THE DISCHARGE VALVE (21) IS CLOSED AND A PROPER FUEL LOAD IS INJECTED POSTERIOR TO THE CYLINDER.
