This invention relates to a process to produce curable and/or curedelastomeric compositions and the curable and/or cured compositions soproduced. More specifically, in a preferred embodiment, this invention relatesto elastomers containing hydroxyl and/or amine functionality curable and/orcured with a blocked polyisocyanate. Preferred elastomers include isobutylenebased elastomers.
